– Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
– However, if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to vendors, the cancellation request cannot be entertained.
– Custom-printed or tailor-made packaging products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
– Refunds or replacements are not applicable for perishable/consumable packaging items.
– If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
– Our team will review your request and, after verification, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund (as applicable).
– Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
– If you feel the delivered product does not match the description or agreed specifications, please raise the issue with our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
– After verification, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
For products covered under manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable), customers are requested to directly contact the manufacturer.
