5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• Delivery timelines are estimates only; BL Ventures is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
  
  
• Risk of loss and title passes to you once products are handed over to the carrier or as per agreed terms (FOB, CIF, Ex-Works, etc.).
  
  
• Any claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• Written notice is provided within 7 days of delivery.
  
  
• Products are unused and in original condition.
